Global Technology Manager for Lubricants

Rebecca C. Vieira, Ph.D. is the Global Technology Manager for Lubricants at the Chemours Company, a global leader in fluoroproducts, chemical solutions, and titanium technologies. She has over 12 years of experience in the lubricants industry, working on research and development, product innovation, and customer solutions. Prior to joining The Chemours Company, she worked at both Afton Chemical Corporation and the ExxonMobil Corporation where she held a variety of roles in R&D, leadership and sales. She has a B.S. in Chemistry from UMass – Amherst and a Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry from the University of Maryland.
